How to report a problem

Email [email protected] with the page link and what's wrong. Useful things to include:

• The quote or number you think is wrong.
• Where the correct information is, if you know.
• Whether you're the original poster, the brand, or a reader.

What we do

We reply within two business days. If we got something wrong, we fix the page and note the change at the bottom of it with the date. If a quote no longer appears at its source, we remove it. If you're the author of a quoted post and want it removed, we'll remove it.

Scores change only when the underlying data changes. We don't adjust a score because a brand asks us to.
