Gear Gossip

The short version

Some links on Gear Gossip are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer pays us a commission. You don't pay more.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

What that does and doesn't change

  • It doesn't change scores, badges or rankings. Those come from the method on How we score, and the same rules apply whether or not a product has an affiliate program.
  • It doesn't decide what we cover. We pick products by what people are searching for and how many owners have weighed in.
  • It can decide which store a "Check price" button points to first. Where we can, we list more than one seller so you can buy where you like.

Where you'll see it

A short disclosure sits above the first link on every page that has affiliate links, and in every video description. This page has the full version.

Sponsorships

We don't sell scores. If we ever run a sponsored newsletter slot, it will be clearly labeled as sponsored.
